These terms cover your use of Last Chance (the "app"), developed by Troy McLeod. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Last Chance is a shared shopping list for households. You create or join a group, and everything you and your group add — list items, recipes, purchase history, photos — is shared with the other members of that group.
You need an account (email and password) to use the app. You're responsible for keeping your login details to yourself, and for anything that happens under your account. You must be old enough in your country to agree to these terms on your own — Last Chance isn't directed at children under 13, and shouldn't be used by them.
Whatever you add to a shared list — item names, photos, recipes, notes — stays visible to the other members of that group, and any member can edit or remove any item, by design (that's the point of a shared list). Don't add anything illegal, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share. You're responsible for what you add.
Use the app for its intended purpose — running a household shopping list. Don't try to break it, abuse other users, or use it in a way that disrupts the service for others.
Last Chance is provided as-is. It's a small, independently-run app — while every care is taken, there's no guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Don't rely on it as your only record of anything important.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Troy McLeod isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app — for example, a missed grocery item or a shopping trip that didn't go as planned isn't something the app can be held responsible for.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete my account) — see the Privacy Policy for what that does and doesn't remove. The app's owner may also suspend or remove access for accounts that abuse the service or other users.
If these terms change, the "last updated" date above will change too. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current version.
